taurus doesn't like change

i don't like moving, big changes or chaotic situations. i avoid them. im doing it again. im postponing the move until i get back from south america in january. i have good reason! nothing amazing popped up and school/life will be more mellow around then. as much as i avoid instability, i thoroughly enjoy traveling and the gypsy lifestyle.

during my trip to mendoza i'm going to learn some delicous things about our malbec and cabernet- don juan nahuel. upon my return i'm going to napa for a 5 day workshop where i will learn to taste and talk vino.
and....study primary fermentation, malolactic fermentation, sur lie aging, barrel aging, bottle aging, trellising, canopy management, clones, and rootstock. examine wines from California, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and North and South America. understand the impact that key enological and viticultural decisions and techniques have on the flavors and style of a wine.

any ideas on how i can combine my love for wine with psychology, buddhism and yoga?

im staying in tonight so i can tackle jessica benjamin's theory of intersubjectivity and have a bubbles bath. this is my first winter in SF, and it's damn cold. im getting used to it, slowly. the veggie soup i made on thursday is even more delicious today. slurp.

oh and here is a picture of Jack trying to find a good track to play. i think he's looking for the fela kuti record.

love you.

ideas on combining:
1) get drunk on expensive red wine.
2) talk non stop about your psychological problems with a friend, or, if you're alone, just cry and hit pillows.
3) do a head stand for five minutes.
4) fall asleep on savasana.

that would do it
