holiday

celebrate! i can't wait to get to sunny LA. there's nothing quite like morning coffee till noon, pilates, nice salad lunch, shopping, mani-pedi and a shit ton of driving. makes me feel so...?? \. 

 

i am in this moment all that i need to be. 

i am committed to the process of looking in and letting go. with the intention to accept all the ugliness and all the beauty that unfolds before me. no path, no ideal, no enlightenment. just acceptance.

Finished PAPERS-weekend

im so exhausted, i have been writing for three days straight. i can't believe my first semester is almost done! i love how time flies when you are doing what you love. 

excited about this weekend and thanksgiving trip to LA. the holidays are my favorite. 

thursday im having goodbye din with dara, friday im nanny-ing isabel and pia (i will post pics asap, they are to die for!) later in the eve im planning to drop into little baobab for happy hour with the cohort, then im meeting with alan for din/drinks (watch out for the drunk therapist and lawyer!) 

saturday it's yoga, dogpark and watching football with nolan and his buddies in downtown. sunday we are having a "study" group with a few lovely women from the cohort, followed by ice-skating in union square. 

life is good.

Welcome to my life!

howdy hoo!

while I was walking jack this morning along the beautiful noe valley hills, i thought it would be nice to start documenting and sharing my san francisco days with  you.  im not very tech savvy and my grammar is mediocre, but bear with me, my life really is something else.  im 28, in the middle of my saturn return, i'm working on my M.A. in psyche-ology, i have an amazing dog, a complicated relationship, a big family, and yoga keeps it all together. sort of. this is an experiment, and as many of you may already know i must try everything once ;-)
